Laurie Pensack Dirden: Locally owned & operated by Laurie as President of Rent A Mom of Colorado and Premier Nannies since August 1990; Local Newspapers, TV Stations, Magazines, and periodicals have relied on Laurie's expertise in the nanny placement industry for several years, including the Denver Post, Rocky Mountain News, Cherry Creek Times, Channel 4, Channel 7 KMGH; Channel 9 KUSA; Channel 2 KWGN ; Channel 13 FOX News, following TV shows "Nanny 911" and "Super Nanny." Laurie grew up on the East Coast (New Jersey/New York area) and moved here in 1982. She has spent a great deal of energy making sure that Premier Nannies & Rent A Mom is always up to the calibre of reputation & integrity that has always been important in her life. She is enthusiastic about her work, eager to please everyone possible, and always known to be fair & honest.

Tiffany Baker Williams: Grew up in Breckenridge CO; Graduate of Fort Lewis College with a degree in Sociology; was a nanny in College and went on to teach at a Montessori School, became a nanny for four years through Premier Nannies and then came on board as a Placement Counselor with Rent A Mom in charge of the Temporary Placement Department since August 2001. Due to the quick pace of the Temp Department, Tiffany has a no-nonsense way of getting things done and has a wonderful rapport & connection with our temp nannies and families. We all work closely with each other so we are familiar with what each applicant is looking for and there is often a cross-over from temps to permanent, and vice-versa.

Maureen Walsh: Grew up in Pennsylvania; was in the Corporate world for many years after graduating from college, in Sales with the Denver Nuggets and then with Federal Express. Around 1996 Maureen was recruited by a prominent family in Denver as nanny/house manager for their family for several years and continues to assist them with childcare, pet care & household needs to this day. Maureen has a calm, gentle demeanor; is excellent with problem solving, and always has excellent advice when called upon by families & nannies; and she is completely dedicated to the wellbeing of our children. She has been a perfect fit for Premier Nannies as a Permanent Placement Consultant since November 2000.
