Employment Information for Prospective Nannies & House Assistants

Premier Nannies & Rent A Mom are always seeking caregivers, permanent and temporary, who are dedicated to the wellbeing and growth of children. If you fit this description please read further for detailed qualifications. Positions that are available range from 15-50 hours per week; part-time is typically up to 30 hours. Locations in Colorado that we service are the following: Denver Metro, Aurora, Parker, Castle Pines & Castle Rock, Englewood, Cherry Hills Village, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Arvada, Broomfield, Westminster, Lakewood,  Littleton. Our families' needs for permanent nannies require you to be able to make at least a one-year commitment (unless otherwise indicated in our list of Positions on this website). Our babysitting assignments are every day, various times & locations, great for supplementing other full or part-time commitments. Please advise us in advance if you have a child of your own who you need to bring and we'll advise you if we have any positions that you qualify for. Thanks so much.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of professional Childcare, Nanny or  House Management/ Personal Assistant experience; educational and/or foreign language background is a huge plus but not mandatory;
• genuine sensitivity to children and their needs, and a HUGE love and desire to nurture and educate children
• a willingness to support the parents around the home, e.g., light chores and/or meal prep, possible laundry, dusting, when time permits;
• childcare references to confirm that you have had no alcohol or drug related problems, and discuss qualities such as sensitivity towards children, common sense, punctuality, patience, honesty, creativity, etc. 
• proof of a valid driver's license and current auto insurance; please be willing to be fingerprinted if necessary.
• You will be asked to complete the Application form and Authorization forms to do various background checks.  Remember to include any first aid classes (if not current, getting updated is mandatory) or early childhood education & child development classes.
