If your needs are long term, Premier Nannies' Permanent Placement Department will provide nannies for the following positions:

Application Fees and Procedures for Full-time and Part-time Nannies: Please read everything below and then go to "Contact Us" page to request the following:

Family Profile forms to provide us with information about your family, job description & schedule; Sample Working Agreement to complete with your nanny; Ideas for future benefits; Registration & Placement Agreements to begin your search. We will forward an informative packet of material to assist you with your interviewing, hiring and tax questions.

We will present your position to qualified applicants who are seeking similar positions & direct them to our postings on the website. You will receive an extensive, formal report (application, references, letters, etc.) on each applicant so you may set up an interview. Our program includes an extensive reference & background check package that is done on each nanny, and after a placement is accomplished you will receive twelve complimentary daily Rent A Mom agency fees valued at nearly $200. Due to our flat fee structure for permanent placements, you can count on our staff to only recommend salaries that are within the industry standard.

The non-refundable application fee to begin this process is $200. It never expires and includes complimentary Rent A Mom membership ($75 value). We have many quality & qualified applicants and are always recruiting candidates seeking full and part-time positions on a live-out basis; let us know if a nanny with a small child is an option for you. FEES & GUARANTEES FOR LONG-TERM PLACEMENTS

Fulltime Placement (30-50 hours per week):  Guarantee, Agency fee, nanny salaries

FULLTIME Placement: Four month guarantee:  30-40 hours per week, $1900 placement fee; 40-50 hours per week, $2200 placement fee; Replacement is at no extra charge so long as the nanny's employment terminates within the four month guarantee period. If the nanny remains with your family there are NO additional or residual Agency fees. After the four month period expires and for the following eight months, the replacement fee is $500. Our placement program includes full disclosure of an extensive reference and background check package that is done on each applicant, PLUS 12 complimentary Rent A Mom Babysitting Service Daily Agency Fees with the placement. The average salaries for fulltime live-out nannies are $1800 to $2800 per month (approximately $13-$16/hour) based on a 30 to 50 hour work week. Salaries are based on the nanny's experience, job responsibilities and number of hours needed per week.

 

Part-time (about 15-30 hours per week): Guarantee, Agency fee, nanny salaries

PART-TIME Placement: Four month guarantee; to 20 hours/week, $1400; 21-30 hours/week, $1600) Replacement is at no additional charge so long as the nanny's employment terminates within the four month guarantee period. For as long as the nanny remains with your family there are NO additional Agency fees. After the four month guarantee period expires and for the following eight months, the replacement fee for a new nanny is $500. Our placement program includes full disclosure of an extensive reference and background check package that is done on each applicant. PLUS 12 complimentary Rent A Mom Daily Fees with the placement. The average salary for part-time nannies is $13 to $18 per hour usually based on 15 to 30 hours per week. Salaries are based on the nanny's experience, job responsibilities, and number of hours needed per week.
