SM, Central Denver: Sarah is a delight; quiet yet confident and very committed to her work with children. She loves being a nanny. In our interview I was really taken with her knowledge and experience at her age. She started early in her life when she was in high school and after her graduation working at a Day Care where she worked with 2-3 year olds. She was a very dedicated teacher and loved working with the children but wanted to have more one on one. She became a nanny for a family with a two month old boy and she was there until he was almost a year. Now she is a nanny for a family with a one year old and she has been there since she was three months old. She feels she is very loving and caring and loves holding babies and giving the children lots of love and hugs and attention. At the same time she feels she is good with discipline and creating boundaries that say I love you and I want you to have fun and in order to be safe, this is what we need to do. She is very organized and feels everything has a home. She also believes when age appropriate to teach the children to pick up after themselves. She is very dependable and reliable which has been true with references. She loves music, reading, dance; is also very interested in linguistics and can do baby sign and is learning new languages in school. It comes naturally to her. SM is available immediately.

I worked at a daycare as an assistant teacher for about 16 months. I worked as a photographer for about two years and in that period of time, took pictures of mainly children under 5. I nannied for a family of three beautiful girls for about 8 months."
